Refund policy

No refunds accepted, no exceptions. We take pride in providing high quality braids. Only exchanges will be accepted. We must be notified within 72 hours from the time received. Hair must be unworn and returned back in the original condition in which it was sent.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
